Showings
BAS allows you to view all of the appointment activity on your listings in monthly, weekly, and daily calendar views or in convenient reports that can be modified to fit your specific search criteria. BAS offers color-coding to easily identify the approval progress of a showing appointment, an array of appointment quick-links, and many other features designed to improve the communication of showing details. Emails are automatically sent from BAS to the listing office, showing agent, listing agent, and client if you choose.

Feedback
Receiving good feedback after a showing is critical to understanding how your listing matches up in the market and what can be done to get it sold. BAS automatically emails the showing agent a link to a feedback form. Once the form is filled out, the results are automatically logged into the listing office, listing agent, and seller's account (when applicable). Emails are also sent to inform everyone of the newly received feedback. As a bonus, when your association adopts BAS, agents have the ability to create customized feedback forms for their listings.

Agents
Individual offices using BAS Lite can encourage greater communication with the staff and clients by adding Agent accounts. Offices with a data feed will have their listings and agents added automatically. These accounts allow agents to view their own showing activity on office listings as well as all the showing and feedback activity on their own listings. Agent’s buyers and sellers are available as well. When BAS is adopted within the Association, agents have the added bonus of being able to request up to 10 showings at one time directly from the MLS system on any listing within the association.

Buyers and Sellers
Want to give your buyers and sellers access to their showing activity? With BAS it's very simple. Just add the clients and we will automatically create accounts for them. You determine if they can receive emails about showings on their listing, access their own online account to view showings and feedback activity, or if their information is solely for centralizing contact information for your office.

Reports
Reports within BAS provide staff and agents the ability to view listing, feedback, and client activity for any time period they desire. In addition to time frame, appointments can be sorted by specific type and/or status. Agents and staff can also view which listings are most popular based off of price range and what agents around the area are showing your listings the most.
